Lindsay and Elijah planned a day that was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived at their Yinzer Valley Farms wedding, the energy was warm, joyful, and full of anticipation. Surrounded by family, friends, so much sunshine and the most beautiful and elegant florals, this wedding was a beautiful reflection of their love. You could feel how deeply they love and respect each other throughout every moment of the day.
Getting Ready at Yinzer Valley Farms
This venue was so nice, because the entire bridal party was able to get ready for the day right on site! There were so many sweet moments: Lindsay's mom zipping up her dress, Elijah and the groomsmen taking shots...plus nonstop laughs and the cheesiest little grins from the ring bearer!
An Emotional Ceremony in the Sunshine
Set against the most beautiful grassy field bathed in sunshine, the ceremony was emotional and heartfelt. Lindsay and Elijah exchanged personal, hand written vows, and not a dry eye was left by the time they kissed (including mine!)
Portraits with a View
After the ceremony, we took portraits right behind the ceremony site—just look at that view! The sunshine was absolutely perfect, and the love between these two was effortless to capture. We also had lots of fun with the bridal party, creating some editorial styled group shots!
A Heartfelt, Elegant Reception
The celebration continued inside, where the couple had their grand entrance, first dance, parents' dances and cake cutting. There were very heartfelt toasts from the maid of honor, the best man, the father of the bride, and Elijah's sister and cousins. So many laughs and emotional moments in such a short period of time! The decor was very elegant with an abundance of clean white florals and lots of greenery, everything single detail felt so intentional.
Golden Hour & Dance Floor Vibes
After dinner, the party made its way back outside, where there was an outdoor dance floor, yard games, and the vibe was honestly just top tier. We did some quick sunset photos (with a view and a sunset like that, it was a MUST!) before partying on! The dance floor was full of energy and it truly was such an amazing night to remember.
FINAL THOUGHTS
So much love for Mr. + Mrs. Gilbert and their beautiful, beautiful day! I am beyond honored that I could to play a part in their love story. Documenting a day filled with such deep connection, meaning, and love was an absolute joy.
